As the Co-Founder and CEO of OneCity Consulting, Christian’s vision is to forever increase social responsibility in our world with the power of community. With over 10 years of business development, customer service and senior management experience, his career is defined by leadership opportunities that have built and improved org-wide strategies, cross-functional teams, solution-oriented products, operational processes and IT infrastructures for dynamic and straightforward product/business models. 

As a product marketing specialist, he is driven by his desire to understand the relationship between what customers want and business growth. This dynamic has led him to gain invaluable experience in both the nonprofit and for-profit industries. As CEO of this regional management consulting firm, he continues to convert his energy and resources into value for organizations throughout Northern California.

Adrian Henrich

Co-Founder & COO 

(Strategic Advisor)

Adrian, our Co-Founder, and COO, drives our strategic vision and operational outputs by championing a culture of focused collaboration and lean innovation. He is an energetic, organized, and deliberate leader. His primary focus is ensuring that OneCity’s operational processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with our overall company goals. This involves portfolio and project management, workflow optimization, resource allocation, IT and security oversight, and performance metrics.

He also works closely with the CEO and other executives to translate the company’s strategic vision into actionable plans and initiatives. Adrian ensures that our operation is aligned with long-term goals while holding each function and role to important timelines that equal providing a great experience for our clients and their staff.

Kenneth Weddle

Co-Founder & CFO

(Board Chair)

 

With over 20 years of business management, Kenneth is an accomplished sales support leader with expertise in sales and KPI reporting, account management, project management, and enterprise-level customer support. In addition to being an Officer of OneCity Gifts, he is currently the President of The Weddle Group, he specializes in accounting, payroll, and income tax for small businesses and individuals.

He is effective in employee development, client cost containment and has a solid track record for revenue growth, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction feedback.

Jordan Cote

(Board Member)

Jordan is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 7 years of experience providing accounting and assurance services to a diverse set of public, private, and not-for-profit entities. He has extensive experience in performing financial statement audits, preparing financial reports, assessing internal controls, and budgeting. Jordan is currently an Assurance Manager at CohnReznick LLP. 

He lends his expertise in financial operations, compliance and internal controls to ensure that OneCity Gifts is effectively positioned to best serve and empower its customers.
